The platform specifically supports the planning, execution, and management of club and event projects, sponsoring and donation projects, sponsored runs, membership fees, as well as associated organisational, administrative, and financial processes.
4. Responsibility for Content
Sponsor Plus is responsible for the content of the website and platform provided by Sponsor Plus itself.
Organisations and users can create, upload, or publish their own content such as texts, projects, images, logos, documents, and other information within the platform.
The respective organisation or user is fundamentally responsible for the legality, accuracy, and the necessary rights to such content.
Upon notification of illegal content or potential infringements of third-party rights, Sponsor Plus may review the content in question and take appropriate measures within the scope of legal and contractual possibilities.
5. Liability
Sponsor Plus strives to provide its own content and information carefully, up-to-date, and reliably.
However, to the extent permitted by law, no guarantee can be given for the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or availability of all information and functions at all times.
For the contractual relationship between Sponsor Plus and the organisations, the respectively applicable General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply as a supplement.

The prices, fees, and contractual conditions specifically agreed upon when concluding a paid subscription can be documented in an electronic contract and price confirmation.
